Crab Soup Christmas Recipe

Christmas is the biggest festival of Christians, the biggest religion in the world. This festival is celebrated with Great Spirit and pleasure in almost each and every part of the world. People used to celebrate this festival along with their families with the provision of exchanging gifts and eat exotic meals. The festival is celebrated basically to celebrate the birth of Jesus. The Christmas is not the oldest festival of Christians. The food part on Christmas makes this festival the most happening of all time for the people. Without the food thing, the Christmas can't even be thought of.

The food on Christmas is the most exotic part. The Christmas has provided the public a reason to have a lot of fun with large variety of foods on Christmas. The food stuff includes cakes, soups, chickens, etc. The various recipes include Crab Cutlet, Crab Soup, Fish Cutlet, etc. Crab Cutlet includes ingredients like Boiled Crab Meat, Coconut Oil, Chopped onions, Boiled & Smashed Potatoes, Chopped Ginger & Curry leaves, Bread Crumbs, Egg, Chopped green chilies and Salt. The oil is taken in a pan and onion, green chilies, ginger, and curry leaves are sauté. After this, salt and crab meat is added. Now it is kept for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame and then removed from fire. The smashed potatoes are added along with the egg yolk. The mixture is mixed well. Now small balls are made and shaped into the cutlets. Beat the egg to white. Each cutlet is dipped in the egg and coated with breadcrumbs and fried to golden brown. The Crab Cutlet is ready to be served.

Crab Soup includes ingredients like Ginger, Sweet corn, Salt, Garlic, Black Pepper Powder, Lemon juice, Corn Flour, Carrot, Crab meat, Crab Stock, Egg beaten and Oil. The carrot is diced into small pieces. Crushed ginger and garlic are seasoned in a little oil. The diced carrot, lemon juice, salt, crab meat, and black pepper powder are added. After this, the sweet corn and prepared stock are added into the mixture and boiled. The corn flour is mixed in water and added to the boiling soup. In the end the beaten egg is added with continuous stirring. Now boil it and remove form fire then. You soup is ready to be served.

Fish cutlet include ingredients like Fish(any type), Vinegar, Crushed pepper, Thinly sliced ginger, Salt, Oil, Mustard, White Gram dal, Raw rice, Chopped onions, Chopped green chilies, Thinly sliced ginger, Grated coconut, Egg yolk, Butter, Cooked and smashed potatoes, Salt, Beaten egg white, Pepper powder and Oil. The fish is cooked with crushed pepper, salt, ginger, vinegar and a little water. The bones are removed and fire is smashed. Some oil with season mustard is heated with gram dal and raw rice. Onion, ginger and green chilies are sauté. Grated coconut is added and stirred. Fish is added and fried well with 1 tsp butter. Add smashed potatoes and egg yolk for kneading. Small balls are produced from the mixture. Beat the Egg white and pepper powder and salt are mixed after addition. Each cutlet is dipped in the mixture and fried in mixture till golden brown. Now it is ready to be served as hot.
